small elevators insufficient lighting
the elevators were small. only three or four people could fit inside. i often experienced long waits and uncomfortable rides, especially with luggage. also, the room had insufficient lighting. it only had table lamps with no ceiling light.

slow elevators curtain stains
I found a few disappointing aspects . The elevators were quite small and slow. My room needed better cleaning. I saw obvious stains on the curtains. the stay was acceptable, but those issues detracted from the experience

the location proved exceedingly convenient. the room was quiet. the breakfast buffet displayed a wonderful variety. the staff handled requests promptly and professionally.
the elevators were somewhat slow during peak hours, but it was a minor inconvenience.

staff members were helpful and accommodating. check-in happened quickly and smoothly. the concierge provided useful directions and information about local attractions. turndown service occurred nightly. it was AMAZING!!!

Convenient Location and Clean Room
indoor parking central station
We were a group of three, and the room suited our needs well. I appreciated that the hotel is close to the central station. The indoor parking was a huge convenience for us .
I noticed the room lacked a coffee maker. It would have been useful for preparing coffee in the morning, before heading out.

The room provided enough space for business calls, also a late afternoon snack. A glass of wine was possible. The design was stylish and clean. The overall impression was definitely high quality.
